Ordering
Our aim is to ensure that buying goods from Golf-online is simple, reliable and secure.
Once you have selected your goods, you will be taken to the checkout section. For those who have not bought from Golf-online before you will be asked for your details at this stage. (Please note that all personal details are confidential and will not be passed to ANY third party). Payment for your order will then be processed via our secure payment site.
As soon as your order is received, Golf-online will send an email acknowledgement. Golf-online will then keep you completely up-to-date on the progress of your order, at every stage, including notification of despatch.Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all product is uptodate, where certain items have been superceeded by new lines, the most up-to-date product will be shipped.All prices include VAT.Standard delivery time for most products is 5 working days from receipt of order (see individual product lead time). However should, as occasionally is the case, an item be out of stock or have to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, then delivery time could be increased slightly. If this is the case you will be notified immediately by a member of our Customer Services Team.
